Description:
Anti-slipping high-alumina bricks are widely used for transition zone of new dry-process cement rotary kiln. The first generation of anti-slipping high-alumina bricks uses high-alumina bauxite and zircon as raw materials. It can be used well in low temperature area such as pre-decomposition furnaces, and coolers. However, problems sometimes occur in high temperature area such as transition zone and cooling zone. Therefore, the second generation of anti-slipping high alumina brick was developed. It uses high-alumina bauxite and zircon fine powder as the main raw materials, and resin as the binding agent. The high-temperature flexural strength, refractoriness under load, and strength have been greatly improved compared to the first generation. The thermal shock resistance is equivalent. Especially in the transition zone of cement rotary kiln, the effect is improved a lot.
